Product Description

Scope

The generator is sutable for 35KV and below 35KV voltage level standard full-wave lightning impulse voltage test of large capacity power transformers, transformers, reactors, arrester, switch, casing, insulator and other test materials.

The generator used for the indoor environment, the environment temperature -10 ºC ~ +40 ºC, relative humidity less than 90%, not more than 1000 meters above sea level, insulation surface should be dry, dry after the generator can be used normally.

1). 1.2/50us full-wave lightning impulse voltage, voltage efficiency >85%
2). 100/1000; Operating wave, voltage efficiency >70%, impulse voltage waveform parameters and their deviations are in line with the IEC and GB311-97 State standards.
3). Working continuous time: Continous running if charging and discharging 1 time every 90 seconds over 2/3 rated voltage; Continous running if charging and discharging 1 time every 45 seconds under 2/3 rated voltage.

Construction:

1. The charging components:

1) Constant Voltage charging device;
2) Insulation tube immersed charging transformers, transformers good seal, no leakage of oil.
3) 2DL-100kV/100mA silicon high-voltage rectifier stack;
4) High-voltage silicon rectifier stack protection resistors enameled resistance wire wrapped around the insulation felt close drum;
5) Asymmetric double voltage charging
6) Constant current charging device: Within 20% to 100% rated charge voltage range, the actual charging voltage and tuning voltage deviation ≤ ± 1%, charging voltage instability ≤ ± 1%, adjustable charging voltage accuracy: 1%.
7) DC resistance divider with 100kV, 200 megohm metal resistors immersed. Low-voltage arm resistance installed in the divider bottom flange, the low voltage signal arm with shielded cable into console.
8) Automatic ground switches solenoid points and ground agencies, testing stops automatically when the main capacitor through the protection resistance grounding.

2. Main body parts:

1) Main Body uses asymmetry double pressure charging, Rated voltage 100kV.
2) Main Body including 3 sets of MWF1.56μF/50KV × 2, iron shell immersed pulse capacitor, potential  resistance, charging resistor, wave peak resistance, wave rear resistance and the fireball.
3) The first stage of the bilateral differences ball polarity triggered a three-second gap to the three fire ball gap, simultaneous malfunction rate or refusal rate ≤ 5%.
4) Ball gap distance in a straight line from the motor-driven adjustment, console instructions corresponding to charge the ball away from pressure, transmission structure with upper and lower limit switches.
5) Ball gap distance can be adjusted manually on the console.
6) 300kV impulse voltage generator body about 2 meters high, the body part of the frame with wheels to facilitate free movement.

3. Divider:
Divider capacitor discharge waveform and voltage measurement.
