Product Overview
DL-329 Switch characteristic tester (CB analyzer) is designed based on the new High Voltage AC Circuit Breakers GB1984-2003. Referring to the electric power industry standard of the People's Republic of China "General Technical Conditions for High Voltage Test Equipment", Part 3, and DL/T846.3-2004 as the design basis, high-voltage circuit breakers assume the dual tasks of control and protection in the power system, and their performance is related to the safe operation of the power system. Mechanical characteristic parameters are one of the important parameters for judging the performance of circuit breakers.

Note: DL-329 cannot measurement closing resistance (please use DL-330 if testing resistance).



Functional characteristics
1.This machine can measure the inherent opening and closing time of 12 metal fractures, in-phase synchronization time, phase synchronization time, metal short time and no current time during the closing, opening, closing, and opening opening opening processes, and closing bounce time. Some models can measure the pre switching time of the closing resistor.

2.This machine can record and measure the closing bounce time, bounce times, bounce process,
and bounce waveform of each fracture.

3.This machine can record and calculate the rigid opening and closing speed, maximum speed, average speed, total stroke, opening distance, overtravel, rebound amplitude, and time-stroke characteristic curves.

4.This machine can record the opening/closing current value and current waveform of the
opening/closing coil, provide DC5~270V/10A (20A) digital adjustable circuit breaker action power supply, automatically complete the low-voltage action test of the circuit breaker, and measure the action voltage value of the circuit breaker.

5. Some models of this machine can simultaneously measure
the 6-circuit closing resistance value and its pre switching time.
