At present, the conventional QJ44 double arm DC bridge is widely used in the measurement of contact resistance in the power system, and the test current of this kind of bridge is only mA level, so it is difficult to find the defect of the reduction of the cross-sectional area of the circuit conductor. When measuring the contact resistance of the conductive circuit of the high-voltage switch, due to the influence of the oil film and oxide layer between the contacts, the measured value is several times larger, which can not truly reflect the contact resistance Value. For this reason, the standard of electric power SD301-88 "Regulations on handover and preventive test of AC 500kV power equipment" and the new version "Regulations on preventive test of power equipment" stipulate that the measuring current of contact resistance of circuit breaker and disconnector shall not be less than 100A DC, so as to ensure the accuracy of test results.

I.Overview:
HLY-I Micro-ohmmeter (Loop resistance automatic tester), also known as contact resistance automatic tester, is mainly used to measure the contact resistance of main contacts of various high and low voltage circuit breakers (referred to as switches). It can also test the resistance of high and low voltage cable lines, bus bars, welds and any ultra-low resistance non inductive apparatus.
The instrument is in strict accordance with the latest standard "JJG1052-2009 loop resistance verification regulation" GB 50150-91 and DL / T596-1996. It can output stable large current of no less than 100A for a long time, avoiding the disadvantage that the instrument can not work continuously and can not effectively break down the "oxide film".
The combination of new power supply and precision measurement control circuit makes the measurement data have high precision and good repeatability.

1.Wiring method
2.Insert the wiring plug on the panel's terminal according to the color and size, and the current plug must be tightened with the locking cap. The other end of the measuring line is connected to the tested object, the voltage line should be connected to the voltage line, the positive and negative voltage lines can be interchanged, which does not affect the measured data.
3.Measurement: after wiring, plug in the power cord, turn on the power switch, press the "Test" key to start measurement, the current display screen shows "≥ 100A", and the resistance display screen shows the resistance value.
4 After measurement, press the "Reset" key , turn off the power switch, removing connecting cables and put the test clamp in the wire box.
