I. SUMMARY
YJJ-502 is developed according to the national standard GB-86 Insulating Oil Dielectric Strength Testing Method .LCD screen can display test procedure and test result. All the human interaction operations complete by the rotating mouse .It is very easy for customers to measure the breakdown voltage of all kinds of oil YJJ-502. You can print the test result by the micro printer internal the tester. Of course, you can upload the test data to PC from RS232 for data analyzing. The special circuit design makes the tester has a good performance at stability and anti-noise.

III. DEFINITIONS
Instrument used in the project are defined as follows:
1.Stirring time: Magnon of the instrument,Stirs the oil sample time during the testing.
2.Wait time: testing oil is within oil cup and wait testing time, at the same time the instrument outputs 0KV voltage.
3.Initial wait time:Operator selects to start testing to wait initial wait time to step-up.
4.Step-up rate: During the experiment, the instrument outputs voltage boosting speed during testing.
5. Breakdown test: the instrument output voltage from 0 to 2kv / s speed increases until breakdown occur.
6.Withstand voltage test: the instrument boosts to the value of withstand voltage and stops. checking if breakdown after stay for some time.
7.Average:the average of continous a few times breakdown during breakdown test.
8.Withstand voltage value: the instrument boosts to the value of withstand voltage and stops. checking if breakdown after stay for some time.
IV. TEST OPERATION
1.Panel: The panel of the tester includes follow items.
1 bottom of the left side of the panel shows the main function of the tester.
2 The top of left side is the high voltage room. High voltage electrodes locate at the room. The door of the room should be shut when voltage is rising. The main function of the door is insulation. It is a safe protection unit for operator. If you open the door when the tester is in work condition the tester will cut off power supply of high voltage transformer.
3 part 3 shows the micro printer of the tester. Tester has integrated a thermal printer internal the tester.
4 Part 4 shows a 240*128 LCD. It is the UI interface of the tester. The test parameters and test results will be show at the screen.
5 Calibration adjust unit is response for accuracy calibration
6 The input switch is the input interface of the tester. The input switch includes 3 function keys. The detail function of those keys is show in figure 2. Turn right and turn left keys are menu selection keys. The functions of key down are ok and selection.
7 Part 7 is the power supply and ground connection area. Please be sure that the ground connection is ok before you start the test.
